Jamba - Tucson

I ordered the PB chocolate love smoothie and it had a strong flavor of overripe bananas and a very watery consistency. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.

This morning, Janette at the restaurant was very rude to my husband and me (both former supervisors at the Sunnyside location of Jamba Juice in Oregon) when we questioned the size of our smoothie. My husband ordered a medium Smooth Talkin' with whey, but it was served with an inch of space between the smoothie and the lid. When we asked if she had added the whey, Janette confirmed she had and pointed out that a medium is 24 ounces. While I understand this, I also know that adding whey typically increases the size of the smoothie. It's okay if she didn't want to give us the extra, as store policies may vary, but I expect my smoothie to be filled to the top as per Jamba Juice standards and what I paid for. Janette lacked customer service, poured the excess smoothie on top of my husband's drink, causing it to spill all over my hands and the lid of my drink. We were not offered any apology or explanation, and left feeling very dissatisfied with both the service and the product we received.

Friendly staff; kept my drink fresh and cold even though I showed up a little after expected due to traffic. They definitely know how to make a great drink. Far distance for me to travel but this store makes it worth it!

Rein (I'm not sure on the spelling, sorry if I butchered that) was incredibly kind and polite. I ordered a drink with an allergy, and she was very cautious in ensuring it was made correctly while also training someone. Overall, it was amazing customer service and the drink was great!

Wonderful people and delicious smoothies! I loved the fruit bowls and I highly recommend them!
