Guadalajara Mexican Grill - Tucson

Would not accept our reservation we made through Open Table. Said we had to wait another 30 minutes, then after 30 minutes said it would be another 30 minutes and told us we could go to another location if we didn't want to wait. Then we had a wait after being seated to get any service. After this it was fine but already ruined out night by this point.

The margaritas were excellent, as was the table side salsa. Our entrees arrived quickly and piping hot! We requested a stand and within 10 minutes, it magically appeared. Fantastic experience.

The staff member at this restaurant was rude and unattractive, which really impacted my experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This franchise doesn't offer anything out of the ordinary. The restaurant is too large to maintain an authentic atmosphere.

Apparently they don't honor their reservations smell - if you come there they tell you, you have to wait 20 minutes. they make you sign into a waiter list that they do, even people just go in the street it is no different Then put them in an area where it takes a long time to wait for you and all tables are open. If you ask the waiter, he says as soon as you order, it will be at least 30 if not 40 minutes. After half an hour drive and wait, we decided to go. The last two times we had eaten there, which was bad two years ago and the food had changed, but we wanted to give it another try. Apparently there is a big failure with their system
