Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tucson

I love chipotle! but had a less than great experience. I found a leaf in my bowl. the part was small, but I would eat there again.

Ordered online, they didn’t have sofritoes (was advertised as plant based protein, we can’t eat meat), so instead of just making the burritos without she handed us some paperwork and said we were on our own to get a refund and gave us nothing in return for a meal we had paid for. Never trying chipotle’s again. Major fail.

Every single time I order on the app from this store they get my order wrong. I ask for a burrito, they give me a bowl. I ask for no beans they put them in there. Then they tape the receipt showing my correct order to the front of the bag with the wrong items in it. Every. Single. Time. Guess I need to start going elsewhere even though it's so close to home.

I hadn't had chipotle before, couple months ago I started ordering from them and the first meal was absolutely fabulous. I thought I'd finally found it a place that I could have decent Mexican food with good quality. Much to my dismay as I kept ordering from this location the quality of the food became an issue quickly. At first it just was the rice wasn't cooked it was crunchy you couldn't eat it at all. I thought it was a fluke so I ordered it again a week or so later. Again I got under cooked rice and the beans were ice cold. I got a buy one get one coupon because my order was so bad. Are you kidding me why would I order from this place again when they can't get it right the first time. So unfortunate I thought I'd found a place that had decent food. Not here, not this location.

This is the second time this week I have gone to Chipotle and they already emptied the both teas. An hour before closing and when I ask for chicken in my bowl and they give me Gross icky chicken not the good white meat chicken. Not the best Chipotle in town.
