Bidrage med feedbackDesta is the one place where we would never miss if we were in tucson. we always get the vegan signature plate, which a sampler of all vegan items on their menu, served on the traditional injira brot. (no many dishes have meat.) all the different dishes are just so delicious. the vegan signature plate is enough to eat for 4 people, so as we are 2, we get it either to go and put aside before we start or when we eat, we ask to go boxing and lay half aside. they do this otherwise when they begin to dive, this will soon become a dog breakfast. we also like to get the whisper that is not on the menu, but always sits on the counter. it is a mandelkuchen with celestial or something. it's fine with her coffee. our vegan signature plate plus two discs of the mandelkuchen cost us $52 with control. in contrast to a regular American restaurant when they pay on their square terminal, there is no suggestion to add a tipp! bring money for a tip. they deserve it! the owners are hard working family members who have built a dedicated succession. we are from the opposite of la, but have not yet found anything in the Ethiopian city of la, which compares this.
After 4 visit about so many years, they hurry (zee,) jerry, yorda gidey get my praise for always delicious meals served in an equally pleasant atmosphere and environment! keep them the great work thanks for the totally unexpected 15% birthday discount hurry. we?
Richly flavorful Ethiopian food, ready in a jiff and at extremely affordable prices! $12 got us helpings of three different succulent vegan dishes, plus a pile of warm injera. This was a wholesome, nourishing lunch for two. The cabbage/potato/carrot dish was my favorite, with its rich turmeric taste, but it was all excellent!
Sweetest folks working here! We visited on an early Friday night and sat on the patio. It was my first time trying Ethiopian food! We tried The Works platter and it was huge but definitely enough for 5 people to share. Also, it is best to come with friends as Ethiopian food is traditionally enjoyed communally, with your right hand instead of silverware (but they will kindly provide forks upon request . Don't miss out on the experience though by using a fork! Every plate comes with Injera, which is sort of like if you made a pancake and then opened it in half like a book. You get that air bubbly, soft inside that's what the texture of Injera is like, and it tastes similar to sourdough bread. Each sample on the platter tasted so different, my favorite was the yellow chickpea/yellow split pea and the non spicy chicken. A lot of the flavors reminded me of authentic Mexican food so anyone who enjoys Mexican will likely enjoy Ethiopian. At the end, they surprised my friend with a slice of almond cake and a lit birthday candle. Not only that, but they brought enough slices for the group. Definitely recommend and definitely worth a try! Oh and the ladies bathroom is covered in huge mirrors which is pretty cool:

Do not miss the experience, although with a fork! each plate comes with injera, what is so when they made a pfancake and then it opened in the half as a book. they get this air bubbly, soft in that is how the texture of injera is, and it tastes similar to acidified bread. each rehearsal on the plate tasted so different, my favorite was the yellow chickpea/yellow divided heap and the non spicy hem. many flavors reminded me of authentic Mexican food, so everyone who enjoys mexicans will probably enjoy Ethiopia. at the end they surprised my friend with a piece of mandelkuchen and an illuminated birthday candle. not only that, but they brought enough discs for the group. in any case recommend and definitiw an attempt worth! oh and the lady bath is covered with huge mirrors that is quite cool:
