友人3人で隣りの「やまとも」さんのランチ後に入店しました。入った途端店内に広がる日本茶の香ばしいかおり！日本人の体に染み付いた感性が呼び覚まされます。厨房はガラスの仕切り越しに全てが見渡せ、黒で統一されたユニホーム姿の店員さんが真摯に業務に取り組んでおられる様子にグッと期待が高まります！煎茶を所望しました。急須から注がれるお茶の色合い、風味いやー最高ですね！ 2煎目もいけます！次回は3煎目に！ HPに「環境にもやさしく、節約にもなります 体も心も守ります」的を射てますね 2022-5-11今日は三煎目にトライ！ 知覧方面のお茶だとか、香り味わいともまだまだいけますねぇ、美味しーい！ 2022-5-25 今日は煎茶と共にぜんざいを所望しました。 程よい甘味、旨く溶け合った小豆、食べやすい白玉等本当に美味しかったです！このまろやかさがお味噌の隠し味か。またばんちゃが合うんですね。勿論超ミニサイズの塩昆布が甘さを一層引き立たせます！ 2022-6-30 暑い！ですねぇ。今日は冷たいぜんざいをいただきました。冷えすぎず小豆の旨みが心地よく感じます。ばんちゃが絶妙！ 2022-7-29 この酷暑の中、冷茶もめっちゃ美味しいですね！色と味、申し分無し！
