Excellent! It is centrally located, in a 16th century convent, under the cloak of a very rich history. With a peaceful patio with tables as well as a very cozy interior area. A brief menu, although varied, with reasonable prices and formidable quality. Although... without a doubt, the best thing was the service! I am vegan, and consequently, I had fewer options on the menu. Javier, our waiter, was very attentive and tirelessly thought about how to adapt the dishes to my needs, as well as offering me dishes off the menu. Trujillo has left us an indelible memory... We have spent two splendid days in this parador and in the town. The sensation of comfort, taste and distinction has been present since we arrived. The service and the facilities are very well cared for and the restaurant is all very tasty. It had been a long time since a parador did not surprise me. ...We will return without hesitation...
