Flame Of India - Truckee

The exterior looks like another amazement, but in its interior a wonderfully bright, clean, inner life. I was met with very friendly service and the food was very fast, but not too fast, which is beautiful it means its fresh. I had the chicken with Naan bread and rice and it was delicious. The spices were in a perfect balance and each dish had a distinct change of flavors and a wonderful aroma. I will definitely be back to try more dishes. This place is great and in the Picky

This is “The Best” Indian Buffett I have enjoyed since being in India. Not too spicy, not greasy. Colorful well balanced menu for vegetarians or regular diets....Chai and Desserts included in Buffett!

Mehfil Bistro is the new name, with a new owner since July 2021. We only had a fabulous meal! Melt in your mouth Lamb Korma and delicious Shrimp Tikka Masala and a basket of different Naan. The onion Naan was the best I ever had! David couldn't wait to dig. Everything was great and fresh.
