Taco Bell - Troy

I'd say zero stars, but had to mark one to publish this comment. I wasn't ready to order my food yet, had to tell them three different times I wasn't ready. And the third time I told her, she replied ****, I said EXCUSE ME. Oh I wasn't talking to you, okay but I heard it. People like that SHOULDN'T be working in customer service. ??

Why is this location closed? It has been closed for several days. If there is a covid issue the community needs to know.

I?m a Uber eats driver and I visit restaurants daily, but I?ve never had someone be so rude to me. When I arrived I parked out front, saw a sign to tell me to go in for eats orders but both doors by the sign are locked. So of course I went to the drive thru and waited in line, at the speaker I?m asked to drive around and come in the side door that you can?t see from parking lot, nor did I know it was there. So since time is money for me I back up instead of waiting again. As I do so the lady yelled I told you to pull around on speaker, but I was committed at this point and didn?t like being yelled at(she could have been polite and I probably would have listened. She then comes outside to berate me about it. To make matters worse she didn?t even have the decency to wait till I was gone to start saying Fing something or other I couldn?t make out.

They are so rude and not organized. They treat doordashers like trash and don't know how to properly handle altercations

This Taco Bell is only fine if you are going to the location. If you order on Uber Eats they will accept your order and then just completely ignore it until you call the restaurant complaining two hours later. Then they?ll say that they aren?t accepting Uber eats orders to try to cover themselves.
