Sakura Japanese Steakhouse Sushi - Troy

Overall, eating was good, and, as at most hibachi places, the chef was on a good show. Unfortunately, despite our reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table, and I called myself to confirm it, without a statement why there was a waiting time. the man at the reception was very polite, but given the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty, and we had a confirmed reservation, that was very frustrating. After we set ourselves, everything was quite typical. they have a wide menu with good trips. that were good and garnel. the salmon was underwhelming. this could be because it is not suitable to cook hibachi. or so, I don't recommend it. sadly they did not serve the garnel appetizer, which was listed as part of the meal. I decided not to say anything like when I realized it, I felt quite full. Those of us who ordered white rice had to ask that the waiter bring it to us instead of letting it come to us after he had originally ordered it with our meal. I am not sure where the segregation was with the service, but that was also disappointing. the sushi was very delicious. although they do not follow their menu description again, as one of the rolls should have been sparing, and it came without them, and no comments to its absentness, or explanation why was given. Overall, I would give this place another attempt, but make sure to clarify asspects of our order and understand that reservation times are more of a suggestion, and probably make the reservation for 15-30 minutes before I like to eat.

The restaurant had technical problems with open table or its computer. they would not honor our reservations that we had made on an open table. they had no other suggestions to help us. the 2 hostesses were young and did not manage the situation well. we have been very disappointed.

The food and the service were great. they were very busy and even stopped a cook, only for. we came and those still seem very good to handle. I'd come back in definitiw. the sushimi was excellent.

Early dinner at the silvester with the family. had a wonderful time and were very entertaining. our chef was interactiw with adult and children, and eating was amazing. from the sushi bar to the hibachi everything was fantastic.

The food and service were great. They were very busy and even had a chef quit just befor.we arrived and the still seem to handle it very well. I would definately return. The sushimi was excellent.
