Paradise Biryani Pointe - Troy

I ordered boneless chicken biryani. it was terrible. the chicken is dry and hard as rock and cold in the inner. the rice is dry. biryani worst I had in the last past.

I've eaten one of them, but the taste and quality have gone down for a few months. ordering mutton biriyani and getting mutton that doesn't taste well, too hard and flesh is black that should be soft. prices have risen and do not match the quality of food they receive.

-ordered online for pickup in charge- higher prices than on the website. Ordered on the phone, asked my sum. I wanted to pick up at the restaurant and was charger higher than what was said on the phone. it happened twice. no definitiw. I'm not sure why they act like car dealers. I never go back or take my fellows. I almost forgot to mention. Never. it's never like you can do it.

Food quantity is very less and not worth as per the prices. Paneer and veg Biryani are worst. There is mix of sona masoori rice along with basmati. The ratio of basmati rice is less. The only good thing is it is open till midnight. Paradise biryani has a very good name since many years so please do not lose the consistency in terms of quantity and taste.Channa masala is very bad and tasteless.lots of garam masala and creating acidity. Paneer chilly is too much of gravy and more food color (Red) added to it. Tandoori rotis are hard and chewy, not baked properly. This will spoil ones health causing indigestions. Will never order again from this restaurant. Thanks.

We ordered chicken dum biriyani 1 large tray and 1 small tray) and one appetizer, the naalgonda mutton fry 1 tray) .. The receptionist even talked and confirmed the order with the chef when he took the order over the phone.When we went to pick up the order the next day, they were saying the appetizer was not in the order..So if you are ordering from this restaurant, please remember to call them multiple times to confirm the order otherwise you will become embarrassed in front of your guests.Also, if you are planning to order for 20 people , 1 large tray 1 small tray is not enough since there are fewer chicken pieces in the biriyani even though rice is there...
