5 star breakfast sandwich Friendly and quick service in this Coffee Shop / Health Food Café. We ordered the Big Betty Breakfast sandwich on bread instead of waffles. Wee had to demand that they exchange the healing of bread on one of the sandwiches, which was something strange to see. Once done, it was a delicious breakfast sandwich with a bit of kick from the Chipotle aioli. We looked at other meals and drinks that looked just as good as our sandwich.

100% gluten and milk free. ****! The blueberry pancakes and the sandwich on the waffle were from this world. My beet smoothie and cold brewery with her homemade breast milk was also amazing. I'll visit every time I'm in Troy.

Lizas is my absolute favorite and only go to the brunch spot, I have eaten there since she opened! Somehow nothing compares. Your Acai bullets are the best I ever had. I love her brain fuel ice coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Amazing

Coffee, Acai bowls and an incredible mood in what you can ask more! We loved Liza so much. Thank you for letting our dogs come in to enjoy a quick breakfast with us! We'll be back.

I wish I could give 6 stars and want a Lizas in Saratoga Springs! So delicious and the body feels good after eating this healthy food that tastes amazing!
