Bidrage med feedbackI think new owners took over. Pretty pricey. Did away with the soup as part of the condo. Had vegetable beef and I thought the beef had an odd taste to it. Place on Dorset much better
We have always loved J’s- it’s one of our favorite spots in Troy. My daughter loves it too. The last 2 times we have tried to eat there have been disappointing. About 2 weeks ago we showed up around 8p for dinner to find they changed their hours and they now close at 8:30 PM and they wouldn’t seat us. I called tonight to place a carryout order which included a kids meal. The owner/manager said they have not had a kids menu in over a year and that they got rid of it. It’s one thing if you got rid of a kids menu, but please don’t lie and tell me that you got rid of it over a year ago. We have been there several times this summer and my daughter orders off the kids menu every time we go in there. Disappointing!
Our food and service was excellent! The food was fast and fresh. They even have delicious vegan options. This is our new favorite restaurant! Dietary restrictions: Vegan friendly
This review has nothing to do with the quality of the food or the service or the atmosphere. I popped in today, wanting something spicy because I have a head and chest cold. I arrived about 2:57 p.m. which is just before the lunch hour and. There were two servers sitting at a booth chatting another lady was watching something on her pad, and the host is set behind the cash register. There were no customers. At 3:00 the guy asked me if I'd like anything to drink I tell him what I'd like. And then I asked if I can have the lunch menu prices. When he looked up at the clock it was 3:01 p.m. and he said no. As a businessman myself, I'd rather keep a client that's 2 minutes before the end of business for lunch prices then serve no one at all. That's all. Maybe just use some common sense. I've been here before and everything's always been wonderful.
Small and clean. Had the lo mein and it is to diiiiiie for. Literally, if I had to pick a last meal, the lo mein here would probably be it.
