IHOP - Troy

Fast basic American food. I did not eat myself but my kids did. Smile pancake. They loved it. This is their top restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was very sweet to my babes.

Excellent customer service throughout. I appreciate how I was greeted when entering and also when leaving. You don’t see much of this kind of service nowadays. Exterior and interior is clean, new, and comfortable. Waffles were fluffy and delicious.

Just an overall waste of your time can't get even the most basic of orders correct, didn't even get gravy with my biscuits and gravy, would recommend dumpster diving before this restaurant.

Good food. Compared to other ihop i've been, this one is more modern. The staff were friendly. Good location and they have parking on-site as well.

Food was great. Service was great. But was not the cleanest. Not bad, but definitely noticeable.
