Einstein Bros. Bagels - Troy

Ordered on the app, had to sit in the store 45 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee is a bit much, Go to the Royal Oak location instead. This place needs to be shut down, or hire more employees.

They need more staff or more efficiency. The wait time is too long and the staff are unable to attend. I would not visit this branch again.

The absolute slowest people I have ever seen work at this store.

Horrible experience early in the morning. Very poor customer service. Extremely rude and snappy at us: impatient and seemed like she just wanted us to leave. Was not at all understanding to our dietary restrictions.

Every time I order from here through their app, I order and pay 2 hash browns and they only give me one. I try to call and no one answers.
