OCTOBER 7 2021 I?m changing my review from 5 stars to three? Like many restaurants they seem to be struggling to properly staff this location as a result the place is very dirty? the employees were friendly but restaurant is not functioning properly. The sad part of this is this location has only been open less than 6 months? I have gone to several Chipotle locations in metro Detroit and they are all dirty and poorly staffed. I am honestly concerned about food poisoning will no longer be getting food at any Chipotle Mexican Grill. . JULY 21 2021 NEW VERY CLEAN . . . This location has not fallen into the dark side yet service was a little slow BUT the food was clearly fresh and plentiful? I felt real good about everything at this location unlike the other Chipotle?s about 2 miles south on Crooks ? which should be shut down by the health department this Chipotle?s location is highly recommend.

I?ve been here maybe 15 times, always dine-in. Food quality is good, consistent with other Chipotles. Staff is friendly. Wait times are reasonably short. Biggest issue is occasionally the restaurant is closed during posted hours.

The worst Chipotle ever! Where's the manager ? Second and last time going in there, ordered 2 burritos one chicken one steak the steak was disgusting and the last scoop left . Then when they were adding the topping s they were so cheap of course no faitja topping available. Then watching him folding it , asking him is this a new a way ? He couldn't answer and to top it off the chips were stale. Never going to this location again.

I love this chipotle when operational but whoever manages the store and corporate needs to make sure app orders don?t get accepted. To Chipotle, pay people more so this doesn?t happen, to the store manager please communicate with corporate so you don?t waste someone?s time. I was able to get a refund but still this is annoying. Figure it out please.

Ordered via the app for a mobile pick up at 6pm on a Thursday. Upon arriving to the drive through pick up area, I see a sign that reads Sorry, we 're closed. For order that got through before our online system was shut off, call ____________ for refunds . At 6:30pm?? Normal dinner hours? Not only disappointing but a complete inconvenience. There were a few other cars in line so I know there must have been a good amount of people in my same situation. I don 't quite understand how such a well-known and well-liked chain can have such issues.
