Trosa Matstudio

Our fourth visit over time to the food studio. The food is very good. Undoubtedly full pot. As always, a very high-class raw steak, a good smoked salmon or a very good secreto. Also the hamburgers good. Also nice place to be. This time a star is missing because of the waiting time between starter and main course. Ordering and getting starters was very quick, under 15 minutes. But then we had to wait 65 minutes after the starter for the main course and until the end asked what happened more than once. Timing is important when you order several dishes for a ridiculously high amount of money, so then you have to wait with the starter so that the main course can be served within 30 minutes of the starter being finished.
