Dunkin' - Trooper

This is a horrible Dunkin! The quality of food and drinks is poor and their dining room is always closed so they are losing business every single time they close the dining room doors and lock the door.

The drive-thru experience was fast the guy taking your order was nice guy at the window handing your food was nice but they had forgot to give me a snack and bacon I sent my son into let them know with the receipt and the Caucasian lady that work theregave him an attitude about it

Beware of staff member Kelly, if that’s even her name. If she hands you an incorrectly made beverage or food item and you DARE ask for it to be corrected, she will be unapologetic, rude, roll her eyes and act like YOU did something wrong. I visit this location often and the employees here are usually kind and polite. I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect. The 1 star is for “Kelly” only, not the store or other staff.

When I arrived to pick up my online order, the restaurant's door was locked. Since I was on foot, I couldn't use the drive-thru and had to ask for a refund for my order.

I am constantly disappointed with this restaurant as my order is frequently incorrect. This time, I paid for two bagels but only received one, and both of the coffees I ordered were incorrect. I am fed up with wasting my money here.
