Espresso House - Trondheim

This was disappointing compared to the city centre. Customers clean and wipe the tables themselves before they sit down. Asked for a teaspoon for the frappe we ordered, didn't even have teaspoons sharpening!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, the service depends on who is working. Some days, it is impeccable. Other days, it is appalling, as I see some other people agreeing. The coffee is good enough, but the rise in prices does not reflect the quality of the brew. May I suggest hiring more confident and socially apt staff, in stead of losing business? It always helps paying people decent wages, instead of taking advantage of young people. Service: Dine in

I asked for cup of tea with milk and sandwich, nice customer service but received coffee with milk instead very nice taste by the way, perfect milk consistency and coffee taste. Unfortunately every empty seat wasn’t clean and dirty mugs and pates were on the tables. Staff members could clean it up instead of standing and laughing to each other. Otherwise very nice place with good atmosphere. Service: Dine in

Great coffee, especially the iced lattes. The mudcake is also a winner, if you like gooey brownies. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

On Wednesday 21 June at 12.35, a pleasant young gentleman who was fairly new stood at the till. Provided good service, but then the chicken wrap was apparently empty. So he had to turn to his colleague, to ask something. Oh, I got an angry message that you didn't have chicken bbq wrap in the variety anymore, and then I said I think it's strange that you advertise it over the counter with food. So he answered grumpily that I was just grumpy then! Can't advertise for something that may not be in stock anymore.
