When they come from genf, they must drive through collonge (France) to reach the restaurant at the Swiss/France border. we choose dinner on the diocese red side. the prices are Swiss as French, but the service is very efficient and hearty, the. atmosphere very friendly and the eating excellent. worth visiting. we tried the fondue vigneronne (36 chf,) which is a kind of Chinese fondue, but with a red wine broth. the meat, the bark and the wing were absolutely delicious, so the homemade French fries. friends chose ferra (32 chf,) fish cooked from the genfer lake and calfssweet bread with morels (36 chf) to perfection. we accompanied the eating with a not too expensive but excellent grain wein, a pinot noir Vieux clone of peissy (35chf.)
