Los Conspiradores - Trinidad

The food was amazing. I highly recommend trying the grilled lobster. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the service at this restaurant.

This place deserves more 5 reviews. I just think because it's in the Plaza community corner, people think it's expensive or bad quality. Get the inexpensive lamb with red wine sauce and you would be super happy that you tried it. The traditional chicken was also really good. Try to sit outside on the balcony if you are only two, otherwise the outside seats are also fabulous.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, with outdoor seating surrounded by trees and flowers. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed delicious virgin piña coladas. The food was also good. Although prices were slightly higher, the overall experience was worth it. (As I mentioned in my previous reviews, the unique flavors of Cuba are only found in Cuba! Lol)

This restaurant is the most beautiful spot in all of Cuba. Be sure to make reservations a day or two in advance to secure a table on the balcony - it will be a memory you cherish forever! Don't hesitate to ask the server to take a photo of you from the street and be sure to tip well, they will appreciate it.
