Bidrage med feedbackAll went well at start but service collapsed when tables were filled … it seemed that money (too many covers) trumped service… a shame as the food was not bad at all … we waited an hour for dessert and coffee … dessert was all gone so we left disgruntled rather than satisfied. … if we were on home turf , we would not have paid.
A buddy of mine who lives in Trieste recommended this restaurant. Since I grew up on the Gulf Coast of the USA, I have a deep love for seafood. The night that I went out it was raining so seating was only indoors and very limited. It was suggested that I go early or call to make a reservation which I did. I was offered a 9pm table. After a brief wait I got a seat. The staff offered a menu in English (it is on blackboard and ;;pp2q2 221
A lovely, homey restaurant. Nothing fancy but just really good food. The zucchini with mint was amazing, never had that combo before. We had the pasta with scampi and the sea bass both were great Service friendly We enjoyed it
Pappardelle alla busara straordinarie, spaghetti al nero di seppia molto buone così come il branzino con patate al forno. Complessivamente a livello di pietanze darei 5 stelle. Peccato per il servizio, dove qualche sorriso in più non avrebbe guastato. Comunque osteria consigliata
Ci siamo stati un paio di volte, un buon compromesso qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo atteso un po' in alcuni frangenti, fortunatamente non per il cibo, ma ad esempio il vino quando avevamo già iniziato abbondantemente gli antipasti, o l'amaro a fine cena. Comunque positivo
