Today for lunch we wanted to try the Milanese cutlets and despite the work in the restaurant the owner was very kind and went out of his way to please us. He prepared two nice cutlets for us to take away, large and well stuffed. They were really good, freshly prepared, crunchy breading, not greasy and soft inside. The generous filling went well with the whole. Tried the ham and cheese and the one with porcini mushrooms, cheese and truffle cream. Both excellent.
