I had ordered a meal with great excitement, but unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The main problem was your total disinterest in the customer. My order, unfortunately, arrived without soy sauce, a key component to an authentic Japanese meal. After calling to report the problem, instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that we will be more careful next time . But what happens this time? My dinner was ruined and no action was taken to resolve the immediate problem. The lack of respect for the customer and the absence of responsibility on your part are unacceptable. I cannot recommend your service to anyone and will certainly never do business with you again. I hope you seriously consider your approach to customer service and drastically improve your attention to detail, otherwise you will continue to lose disappointed customers like me.
I now order sushi co only from Wabi, almost always home delivery.
