Moe's Southwest Grill - Trenton

First I asked after the $8.99 Monday special burrito they told me $9.99 then when I said something about it they pretended not to understand English. second, my burrito was wet and cold. 3. they added a bottle of water to my order, which I did not ask. moes used to be my favorite but since the new owners took over the restaurant has gone downhill.

Poor communication and sketchy. They tried to upcharge us for guacamole when we didn’t order it. We even on wrapped the tacos to show there was none but the woman at the register insisted, “I go by what the staff tells me.” Unkind, unclean environment and won’t be returning to this location.

This moe’s has changed to some wise better and to the most important wise not so much. first I noticed that it was much cleaner, hexe is a plus. the eating portions are shameful. I think the owner watched like a bleak about his young who were incredibly nice. 13 mice for a bowl that had hardly anything in it was disappointing. my wife had a crispy wrap thing and it was missing too. $40 for two people when they are nickel and dime them for all that it was a disappointing meal. it tasted good, but it wasn't worth it. we will not be back. which is also sucked while we and other guests tried to eat, they clean the floor with a mop that exaggerated the space with a chemical smell. they wait until they are closed. they want to order the crumbs, but wait until their boils are gone.

I don't even know where to start. I paid extra food, not received. when I was complaining to the manager, he waved me and spoke to him, I literally saw a cockroach running over the counter. I know someone who worked there and I didn't believe what she said. but now I know they're true. she told me that they use the same meat for days. they just put it from the hot area into the refrigerator. she told me that she had food dropped on the floor and the management made her scratch and sell. don't go here if you're looking for mexicans. that is an Indian restaurant. I also have food poisoning twice from this place. I had to track it, but I followed it here. I gave me a few months of lunch from this and when I wanted some today I had a taste for it. I went and saw a cockroache and was treated terrible. I will follow with the new jersey health department of mercer county next to moes corporate and the better business bureau.

Use them to love this place. Now it seems she can fall apart. the food is in order. the interior is appalling. dirty and many matured stands. they have to set it up.
