Omg this place has special bagels that you can do egg and cheese or pork roll with cheese want something else for breakfast this is the place

Totally no bagels suck and beyond all the girls who worked there thought the blueberry cream cheese was grapes!! Who ever heard of grape cream cheese!!!!

When this place Bagels and beyond it was good. The coffee was bad and they didn't take money, but the service was good and the bagels were good. Now? Bagel House and it? The bagels are still good, but the service is absolutely terrible. I had problems every time I was gone since the change. It looks like the only people there work children and there is no real administration everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it. I tried this place again after I wasn't there for almost 9 months. It's still a mess. My wife ordered chicken salad on a bagel with salad tomatoes and onions and the staff simply did not give up the salad tomatoes or onion. I really wish this place was never sold.

Gone are the days of consistent quality of food and service. Bagels and Beyond used to have a line out of the door and run out of bagels in certain days. They were quick with it too, that line was always moving. This place now is always empty, wonder why? Don't bother asking for your bacon (whatver else you want) well done, they make it how they want to and you are left to deal with it. They take credit cards now but there is an added charge to use it. They're slow and unorganized, I've been in store and waited almost a half hour for my food and it was sitting, ready, in the heater behind counter. They even checked and said it wasn't ready, what a joke. Go elsewhere!
