Abundant and tasty aperitif, both simple and reinforced (approximate to a dinner). The staff is nice and helpful. I even ordered a birthday cake including delivery and it was all punctual and impeccable. It is now a point of reference for me. I highly recommend it since the same choice I make for myself
We were for the first time in this cute pastry bar in the main square of Nicolosi, we found a good service with guys very kind and fast in serving us of the excellent granite, good dessert biscuits asked by our children and good coffee, we also noticed the pastry definitely attractive to the eye we want to try in a next visit!
I Love this kind of arancini! expecially the red one with meat and cheese Also the chocolate ice-cream and the italian coffee I LOVE IT!
Most tourists find themselves in this cafe in exactly the same way. The bus driver makes a 20- minute stop in Nicoloisi on the way to Etna. and invites you here to drink coffee. Coffee in Italy is good everywhere, even on the way to Etna, even for 300 km from it. But in a bar with a name that evokes associations with the Italian mafia in New York, there is still a great ice cream . A good way to treat yourself before the difficult ascent of Etna.
We arrived in Nicolosi mid-afternoon during siesta time, yet Bar Bonanno came to the rescue, easing our rumbling tummies with lovely Arancini and pasta ragu. The food was delicious and not expensive. It was served very quickly too. Really good coffee also. Their ice-creams and desserts looked very special, perhaps we'll stop by again soon.
