Slascicarna Julija - Trebnje

To date, Julia has only four vegan ice creams and a vegan (raw) cake, but they are great! In my experience, Slovenia is a bit a vegan desert (if you are not in Ljubljana), so to find a café that makes free vegan ice on a hot summer day is a real bonus. We had the chocolate and banana raw cake that was very good. The pistachio ice cream was really great, the strawberry cream was very good and we try the other two flavors next time! It would be great if they started doing some vegan savouries. Maybe a mushroom ridge!

Maybe a mushroom grater!

Unfortunately, the pistacchio ice cream is no longer vegan. Only the fruit sorbets are vegan.
