Mia Pizza - Trèbes

Tried to visit this restaurant last night (a Saturday evening in July) but it was all shuttered up. Phone cut out and website not working. Looks as though it has closed down.

This was by far the best pizza we had in our 3 week holiday. The base was thin and resembled a Dominos base. The frites are wedges with the skin on. Ordered 4 pizzas all of which were tasty and piping hot.

Bien connu des habitués d'une franchise de Carcassonne, il a ouvert sa propre enseigne à quelques kilomètres de là. Service rapide et très courtois. Pizzas excellente et composables à souhait. Je conseille de demander la végétalienne (pas à la carte mais excellente).

This was a fun stopThe restaurant is certainly Southern French style, in a building with a courtyard and lights strung between trees.
