Poppycocks - Traverse City

Went to Poppycocks on a trip to Traverse City. Waitress wasn?t rude but definitely wasn?t friendly. She definitely didn?t make us feel welcome at the restaurant. She was very busy but we had a waitress at another restaurant the night before who was busybut friendly. Food was slight above average but priced high (low 30s for each meal). The good news is portions were plenty soyou shouldn?t go hungry at this restaurant. Unwelcoming waitress. High prices. Slightly above average food. Large portions. Most likely won?t be back when visiting traverse city.

Amazing meal tonight at Poppycocks! We had the pita and dips for an app, vegetarian stuffed pepper entree, and key lime pie for dessert. Absolutely incredible flavor in everything. My (meat eater) husband said ?I never thought a stuffed pepper could tastethis good.? And the key lime pie was by far the best we?ve ever had. Service was great as well! We will definitely be back ????

We had reservations and we went to dinner early. fortunately, we could get to dinner in the bar early. excellent white fish cake for app, subtitle suppe was excellent and the lamb ravi was excellent and great. great place to dinner and beautiful atmosphere.

We liked this place so much we came here twice in one week!! Their specials were excellent and we loved their soups. Very good service, Emily was great! Don't forget to get a delicious house-made dessert before leaving.

This place is located in the center of downtown Traverse City. The place is cozy and has friendly staff. We ordered an spicy fries appetizer the chicken soup and tomato basil they were great! I got a burger it was a bit dry, kids got a pasta plate and they enjoyed it. Be ready to pay.
