Chick-fil-a - TRAVELERS REST

Limited menu. It's on Furman's campus so not necessarily open to the public but yet also not closed to the public. It's something and no one is sure what.

This store just got a facelift, which is great, but I can't believe there is no longer a play area for children! That is a huge miss for us! We have been faithful customers for years, but now will think twice. :

I pick up two of my grandchildren after school once a week and they both want to go to Chic fil A. They are able to eat chicken nuggets-grilled or fried, with fries or fruit and have an ice cream after they've played in the play area. I used to get a grilled chicken sandwich but recently have been loving the Spicy South West Chicken salad. The dressing normally used on it is creamy salsa but I like the avocado lime ranch. It is a MEAL with dark greens, corn, cherry tomatoes, black beans, cheese, red onions, of course spicy chicken, with additional tortilla strips and my FAVE spicy pepitos-seasoned pumpkin seeds. I don't normally like fast food restaurants but the employees are extremely friendly and constantly cleaning and there are always fresh flowers on every table. When a 4 and 8 year old are happy and I am too -it's a win- win. I know it's a lengthy description but if I looked at a review I'd want to know these things.

On Furman's campus so not sure if the general public is invited to come. I believe it has a more limited menu than most other stores
