Traralgon Bowls Club

My friend and I had lunch last Monday and tried the senior fish and chips, which were delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back the following Monday. However, we were disappointed to find that the prices had been raised from $7.50 to $10 for the senior meal (although it was a special price for the promotion). Unfortunately, when we ordered the fish and chips, the fish was full of fat and we had to return it to the kitchen. They brought us another piece of fish, but it was just as bad as the first one. The fat even soaked through the napkin. We were informed that there was a new person in the kitchen who was still learning the ropes. Despite this, my friend enjoyed her fish and chips.

I went to the restaurant for their Parma night. The Parma was served lukewarm and of poor quality. It was not worth eating. When I brought up the issue to the management, it was dismissed without any attempt to resolve the problem.

I have frequented this restaurant many times, but this year the service was absolutely awful during dinner for some members of our group of about 35 people. Our meals arrived 30 minutes after the stated meal time with no explanation given. Despite this, the food quality was excellent!

A couple of weeks to lunch. while it saw her advertising for happy hour go through in the television in the restaurant area, say happy hour Friday and Saturday between 5 7. decided to try it with 5 friends the next Saturday. went to buy drinks and not given a discount, asked about the happy hour and 3 many employees knew nothing about it. went to the reception and was said it was only for members so they said they would like to join. paid my $5 and then I was told that they only get one discount on full membership. that was a waste. for me this is misleading and false advertising. the conditions for TV advertising should apply. I wrote a letter to the manager. bad management. we spent over $250 between the 6 of us, will take our money otherwise, where now

Terrible. Ordered fish- so tough it couldn’t be cut. Roast beef was like rubber , generous serve most of which I took home for the dog.
