Really rude staff and terrible service. spoke to you like you were a child. mean girl energy even from the 50 year olds who worked there. Awful customer service maybe rethink who you hire. GROSS

Excellent service from the friendly guys behind the counter, advising me on the choices, not rushed, potato was lovely and not with an oven-baked skin. Lovely filling. Best choice than all the tacky takeaway wing type joints that now are in the food court

I came here because my friend wanted to a jacket patato . She ordered a lot of sides and the woman working was extremely rude . When she was taking order dint even look at us . When we got our food she just shoved it at us and threw everything in the bag . Wasn’t good service attall . I am appalled by the service . Shocking wouldn’t recommend.

Tiny potatoes, non existent filling and way over priced. Only reason we chose this outlet was the small queue, won't make that mistake ever again.

Extremely small and very expensive. £9 for a potato, a teaspoon of chilli and a medium coke. Go anywhere else because you won’t leave full.
