Little Hanoi Egg Coffee

Beautiful place hidden in an alley by Bui Vien street, the famous backpacker street in Saigon. Initially was just a bet between one of my friend's girlfriend and her colleague, turns out to be one of the most amazing place we had been to. Not really a fan of coffee (I don't even drink coffee back here in Singapore), but started to drink it everyday as both of my friends are coffeeholics. Fell in love straight with the coffee, the atmosphere and also the staff. The lady boss is exceptionally friendly, even when we asked if it is possible to watch her prepare the coffee, don't think it is even possible anywhere else as there might be trade secrets that they wouldn't like to share. Came here two days straight as we fell in love with the sandwich and also the Egg Coffee, tho I have to admit I still like the Egg Cacao more. This place deserves more recognition and I strongly recommend everyone who is at Bui Vien or even Saigon to visit this hidden gem hidden deep in the alley by Bui Vien street to try the Egg Coffee. P.S. I really love this place. LOL.

It is located in an alley of Bui Vien Street. I get to know Egg Coffee from one of the traveller in my hostel. Thus, I came to this amazing Coffee Shop to have a taste of Egg Coffee. I'm not really a coffee lover. However, surprisingly, I fall in love with this coffee in the first drink! The Egg Coffee here is insanely good! (It is worth mentioning that the free tea and cookies provided are good too! . I travelled 7 days in HCM and I visited this cafe 5 consecutive days. I wish I get to know this place the first day I'm in HCM so that I could have Egg Coffee everyday before I start my daily journey. Don't worry if you're not suitable for having coffee, as you get to choose an Egg Cacao! The sweet lady owner and staff are very friendly! I even asked them some places worth to explore and their gave me some real great recommendations, written on paper! I feel warm everytime I talked with them. Specially thanks to the sweet lady owner, she introduced her staff to me because she know that I'm a solo traveller. And guess what? I made good friends in this cafe! Definitely worth 5 stars for everything! Not only you can enjoy good coffee, but also meet great people and awesome ambience! Highly recommended to everyone to visit this cafe!

This was our favourite place to get coffee while in HCMC. It’s a little tricky to find as it’s down a narrow alleyway off busy Bui Vien but it’s definitely worth the effort! Awesome decor, nice and quiet and the friendliest staff! I can’t give this place enough stars! The cheese and egg toasty is amazing and I enjoyed my first egg coffee there! Definitely stop by if you’re in HCMC!!

This is the most beautiful and tasty place in the Ho Chi Minh city where you can try Egg Coffee, traditional coffee from the northern Vietnam. The owner is friendly and beautiful. I'm happy recommended this please all my friends who will visit Ho Chi Minh city)
