Bidrage med feedbackEating vegan in kinosaki onsen is not cheap. but my experience in sanpou nishimuraya is one of the best culinary experiences of my life. we were treated with an eight curs vegan revealing of local organic ingredients. the highlight was, surprisingly enough, coal grilled vegetables that the cook prepared on the central grill before us. the sweet soaked in the aromen and aromene of the charcoal, and when it is mixed with the side of the soy sauce, fresh nebula paste and sea salt, the aromene became complex and surprising. you would never have expected that grilled vegetables are so good. the best dishes of the runner goes with undetected soy glaze into the onigiri. the participant explained (in Japanese) that the onigiri was made from 38 different rice strains and explained the origins. this, plus soy sauce, has created a complex and complete taste. overall, the vegetarian (also vegan) cure did not feel like thinking or how it was pandering for tourists. it felt like a celebrated kiss and how they can be the star of the show. I fight to find a conus for this restaurant outside the price. but even then I feel like it's worth it. I feel like in the future this restaurant will appear in the michelin lead note: if other customers order the meat coking, they probably see that the meat is grilled before them. that's not a reflection for me, but it could be for you.
