Mcdonald's - Towson

The guy who took my order never greeted me or thank me and I helped give him a pay check and he had a man bun in his hair lol really ?? the worst place ever ! Avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity. The owner or owners will be shutting this place down soon or selling it because.... people like myself will find somewhere else to go ! Just in case.... there are other McDonald's near but going here is just a waste of your time and energy.... please for what ever normalcy you hold dear don't go to this place ! Kid-friendliness: Cheap

The drive-thru service is relatively quick at this restaurant! The food tasted as expected, and I have visited at various times throughout the day and found that all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are satisfactory. However, the availability of the shake machine can be inconsistent. There have been a few occasions where items were missing from my order or items that I did not request were included in my bag. Sometimes they run out of certain items such as drinks, sauces, or cups, and they are not willing to accommodate customers in any way. For example, if you order a medium size and they are out of medium cups or fry boxes, they will insist on giving you a large and charge you for it. Similarly, if their soda fountain machines are not working, they will offer alternative drinks like orange juice, shakes, slushies, Frappuccinos, or bottled water and charge you for those items as if you had other options, blaming you for the machines not working.

I went through the drive-thru and did not check my receipt. I had ordered 2 hash browns and a large coke, which came to a total of $26.92 charged to my card. However, I somehow ended up being charged an extra $20.00.

I ordered a large, fresh breakfast but received an old one instead. I also ordered a sausage cheese McGriddles but they forgot to put the sausage in it. I am extremely disappointed with this place.

This location constantly has weak Coke or will miss items from your order in person. Seems chaotic as you have to recheck everything you purchase just to make sure you are not missing items.Do yourself a favor and just go to the Joppa Road location.
