Fantastic customer service from Tacole W. She brightened our day with her smile, attentiveness and overwhelming kindness. The cookie and ice cream was delicious, but the cherry on top was Tacole ensuring that our experience was absolutely outstanding.

The cookies here are CONSISTENTLY fresh. There has never been a time where I’ve picked up an order, and they weren’t soft/gooey in the middle. The store also smells like an actual bakery every single time I walk in, which tells me that they take pride in serving things hot out the oven. I absolutely love this place! Thanks for actually caring about your customers! Because no one wants stale ANYTHING.

Hands down this place has got me hooked literally. I order from them at them at least 3 times a week. The cookies are so delicious. If they make mistake trust me they will correct it only 1 issue but they took care of it. That’s what I call excellent customer service.
