My man and I had dinner here last week and loved it absolutely. the personal is very courteous and friendly. the fish was super fresh and we enjoyed every bite. the owner is the cook and he obviously loves what he does as the...presentation was great. there is nothing imaginative about this restaurant, the decor is simple, about 10 tables, so it is really small. try it out. they will not be disappointed.

A quick lunch in the shinobu sushi bar in stocklands. many choices and fresh eating seemed to come regularly. it was a good number of other diners also enjoy lunch, which is good for the conversion of food selection. all sushi plates... were $3-50 worth a good one and steam baskets were $6-50 each. a pleasant, fast lunch place.

Genuinely awesome sushi. Not the usual boring items that other chains offer. Great value also when running the 3.50 plate specials.

Located in the back of a shopping center, Shinobu Sushi Bar may not seem like a must-visit, but it is definitely worth it. The exterior is clean and the interior is dim and cool, making for a pleasant dining atmosphere. This sushi train is one of the best I have been to, with quality and flavor that rivals even my favorite sushi restaurant. The best times to visit are early mornings and weekends, as the place is usually empty around 10AM, allowing you to secure your favorite booth before the lunch rush. The staff are always welcoming and quick to take menu and drink orders. The chefs are willing to make whatever you desire, and the kitchen is always ready to serve delicious Udon or curry dishes. Overall, for the price, Shinobu Sushi Bar is a great way to start or end your day and I highly recommend it to anyone.

What a jewel of a sound this place was for us. Although I have eaten countless scushi, this is my first time to actually go into a sushi bar. I've always been a little doubtful about going to one, from what I don't know now that I'm here. large selection. reasonable prices, although they must be careful which plate they choose at what price. service was very friendly. I enjoy sitting and eating what is being prepared. that is always a joy. the option is also available for separate bills. I couldn't blame for coming back to townsville next time.
