Bidrage med feedbackWhat a pleasant surprise! We probably just stumbled upon this restaurant while in the same building. Dachdeck on the 3rd floor offers a dining area with a balcony overlooking Flinders Street and the river, as well as a pool. The bar is great, with an excellent selection of beers on tap. The menu is extensive, offering pizzas, pastas, and traditional Italian dishes. Be sure to check out the daily specials for meal and drink deals. Additionally, download their app for free drinks. The friendly service here seems to be the norm, making dining out in Townsville a delightful experience.
Some of our meals arrived and were finished before the rest of our party meal appeared. beautiful location, bad service. menu says wood fired pizza ofen, but it runs on gas!
Great atmosphere. good mood. tasteless pizzas. we ordered the arancini and a few p pizzas. a diavola and a highest. both pizzas were tasteless and boring. obviously made for instagramation and not eating and the arancini? we are still waiting for it, even if we remembered... the personal. we just left. it wasn't worth the energy.
We came to the restaurant for a family meeting on a Monday evening. website said they were open until 10 o'clock. at approx. 8:45 they turned out the music and even turned the lights for a second. it was not a talk with us that told us a previous close. came quite rude. the meals were also average. would not recommend it. I would also expect a table service for a restaurant in which what they do for meals and drinks. not that it is too expensive, but it would have been nice not to have to get up if we wanted to order something else.
My wife and I went to Armartis last night after seeing their promotion of $1 oysters from 4pm 7pm. Arrived at 6.30 and waited for 5 minutes to be shown to our reserved table. Ordered a dozen oysters at 6.45pm but they said they had sold...out. The waitress said “we sell out about this time every week”. I asked why they didn’t increase their order and she just shrugged her shoulders. Later in the night around 8.40pm I saw waitresses serving oysters to three different people so I assume they told me lies. Don’t believe their promotions they are a farce. Then there was my main course. I ordered Chilli Prawn Pasta for $26 but when the meal came out it was just 3 prawns sitting on top of a mass of gluggy pasta that had obviously been reheated in a microwave. The prawns all three of them were also overcooked and tough. We won’t be going back.
