Exchange Hotel Restaurant - Townsville

I would not recommend this restaurant as it is quite tacky. I do not want to come off as harsh, but I was not impressed with their advertising and it turned me off from wanting to dine there. I have visited on multiple occasions and each time found the place to be somewhat dirty with employees who do not meet a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, I would describe it as a poorly managed establishment with low standards.

Unable to rate food as didn't eat there. Friendly staff. Taylor 5 stars.

I didn't find anything remarkable about this restaurant. The menu was average and boring, so I didn't feel the need to return.

Good cheap meals and nice cold beer at the local old pub

I purchased some bad fish from the store, and when I returned it, the young girl who served me had me waiting for over 30 minutes while she made phone calls.
