Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

Food was great. Didn't like that if one person in your party wants the all you can eat, the whole table has to order that too.

This was the worst service I have ever received. We placed an order for six people with Hook &Real hall rd MI and we got a two crab legs in a bag.I called facility up and told them there must be a confusion with the order. He said yes there was please come down right now and pick it up when I came down there he’s promised two free soups. He then told me Mr. Kevin, the manager or a.k.a. owner said you talk too much. If you talk to me some more I’ll call the police. I left there with nothing in my hand leaving out of my house and my family hungry I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. Mr. Kevin was not only unprofessional unethical Didn’t even speak English.Do yourself a favor and go A reputable restaurant that actually cares about their customers. Anything under 4.5 I would not recommend you going to that restaurant

They have plenty of options to choose from. I got a boil bag and was able to try some seafood I've never had before. Our food was delicious, hot, and flavorful. If you like spicy, the fire hook and reel special sauce was very good. Will come back again.Dietary restrictions: I believe if you were to get a seafood boil bag with a garlic butter sauce, that would be gluten free. However, I would double check with your server to make sure.Parking: Parking available in front and side of restaurant.

Food and service is 10/10, crab costume is 10/10. Cannot wait to come back!!

My brother and I wanted to try hook and reels seafood boil and it was absolutely delicious! good food and our server Kayla S was amazing! Very kind and patient with answering any questions we had and was very attentive to our table. I would highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be back!
