Starbucks - Town of Victor

Love Stabucks season peppermint mocha. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks stores. I’m placed an order on the app and didn’t show up for 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee. It was my first pumpkin spice of the season which was delicious. 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew. The wait time said it would have been ready far before it actually was. Not a great job managing expectations. I understand finding help is difficult. That’s ok, but give accurate wait times.

I went to get my coffee today and it tasted a bit weak, i mentioned this to the barista, and said if she just wanted to add a shot of espresso that would be fine, but instead she just offered to make it over. And the second drink was perfect. I appreciate this kind of service. I get coffee here 5-6 days a week and this was my only time having a drink taste week and I appreciate how they fixed it so quickly. I hope this store unionizes soon so these great workers can get the pay they deserve!
