Bidrage med feedbackI’ve been here twice now thinking the first time was just a fluke and decided to give it another try. It seems next to impossible to mess up a subway sub, but this guy will do it every time. He looks and smells very dirty and puts next to no meat on the subs. 5 thin slices of turkey is not enough for a footlong. I’m surprised they are still in business. They also don’t speak English so it might make sense that they mess things up but please just get competent employees. Maybe try to take care of the customer instead of standing in the back picking your nose playing on your phone. Or download Duolingo and make your time on the phone useful 0/10 this place sucks
Incompetent service. Playing phone games instead of greeting customers is crazy. Having the customers wait while you finish said chess game even crazier. Also telling a customer they’re lying about a coupon they were given from the store manager and having them wait and not do anything about it for a good half hour while the customer is waiting for a response from you is insane. Do better. It’s shocking high schoolers don’t run the place because that’s what it’s giving.
Two India guys who don’t understand English. The one was picking his nose and was trying to fling it off his finger. Towards the food. Other guy was outside smoking and came in to make my food without washing his hands. I walked out and will never return!
If you want your order to be correct, DO NOT COME HERE!!It's Absolutely awful!! My mom and I stopped in at this location for dinner and the person working messed up both of our subs. He used the wrong bread on my sub, (which isn't good cause I can't eat any other type of bread aside from the Italian bread), and after telling him this he refused to change it until my mom repeatedly told him he had to make it correctly.He did eventually get the Italian bread out, but instead of remaking the sub (like how they are supposed to do) he just dumped the contents from the sub he made wrong, onto the Italian bread. In addition, he also didn't put ANY of the dressings my mom and I had ordered on our subs.She saw that this employee had our orders printed out right next to him so there's no way he should've messed up any subs let alone both of them! The churro was cold and chewy, the pretzel was also cold and unenjoyable, AND our subs were completely messed up!!It also was difficult to communicate to this employee because he just did not care about making them how they are supposed to be. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a mobile order and my mom had already paid online, we would have not been paying for them. We could have made better subs ourselves for much cheaper than what we paid here. And we actually know how to make subs, unlike this employee.
The employee was rude. He rushed our order then put his coat on and went outside for a cigarette. Left the place unattended and 2 new customers came in and had to wait until he was done with his cigarette! Never going here
