Red Lobster - Town of New Hartford

Good fit me suck, Vern throwing up all night never again

They were very accommodating for our party of 20 (we did call two days ahead) and saved the whole side room for us to celebrate our father's life. The two waiters were excellent and everyone enjoyed their food.

I had pick 2 shrimp and the salt and vinegar shrimp were amazing! Would definitely go back to this restaurant. Service was great, waitress was very attentive without being annoying. Great food! And those biscuits!!!!!

Our server Kaiti was exceptional. Our service was friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. The food however was undesirable. The Cajun chicken linguine Alfredo had a peculiar texture and our substitute NY Strip steak was over cooked instead of medium rare. Not likely to return to Red Lobster until something changes.

I love seafood! I'm been going to Red Lobster every other week for dinner with my best friend! ?I went there tonight for a fish fry dinner with my girlfriend.The server that we had was very rude.The fish fry was very oiling and the bake potato had way to much sour cream and no butter and the coleslaw was very running. That was the worse dinner I have had in there and that's the first time I had a rude server too.Went back to Red Lobster Saturday had a excellent server she was new. She did excellent job! I order the deep fried lobster and shrimp platter. That was awesome especially the french fries that went with it.
