Bidrage med feedbackI went there to pick up some breakfast before work. I ordered ahead on the app so I thought I would have little or no wait. When I got there the front door was locked and I could not get my order. So I had to sit in the drive thru as my food got cold. When I asked why the front door was locked the person on the other end ignored me. The food was not up to par with the average Duncan, but that's not my issue. My issue was the non existent costumer service and huge inconvenience created by simply not having the front door open.
Drive through person wasn't very friendly trying to hurry us ,he was short with us ,we could tell by his voice he was grouchy ,we stop in usually once or twice a week for breakfast service is everything for Dunkin Donuts people will go to a competitor for breakfastDietary restrictions: Nutritional facts

Had the strangest experience when going through the drive thru. We pulled up to place our order and the person at the intercom asks what we want to order. Before we can speak, the same person says, I 'm going to need you to beep your horn real quick. Not really sure what the purpose of that was but all we wanted to do was order our coffee. A very strange and funny situation but rather odd to ask someone.
