Dunkin' - Town of Henrietta

My friend and I ordered two Pumpkin Spice signature lattes and the worker named shy made the two best pumpkin spice lattes we have ever had in our life 10/10.

I visited your location yesterday morning the manager told me they were not preparing food for the time being because they were backed up!! That is unacceptable you just loss revenue! I was a GM way back then for Dunkin and I would not ever refuse acustomer! And on top of that I was waiting in drive thru for 7 minutes then pulled out of the drive thru and went in! Theiraverage drive thru time was 300 minutes that is unacceptable !!!! Maybe you might want to raise your allocated hours so you donot loose revenue!! That location is a joke!! So I went to McDonald?s to spend 30 dollars for my breakfast!!!

The Dunkin Donuts on Chili Ave, connected to a convenience store had no donuts. How is that possible at 11:30 AM. Went to the one on West Henrietta Rd. So much better.

I wish I could give no stars! Went to dunkin on my lunch break to get a coffee on such a hot day and I get my coffee and pay for it then I drive away and as I was on the main road I go to put my straw in my cup and my coffee goes everywhere there was acrack down the whole side of the cup! This isn?t the first time this has happened either. They should check there cups beforethey start making drinks in them

I?m not sure who the manager was in the burgundy shirt was this morning, but she was incredibly rude. I asked for cold foam on top of a promotion drink, and she had the nastiest tone of voice to tell me it comes with it. I just wanted to make sure becausesome places REQUIRE you to ask for cold foam and do not put it on without prior notice. I then asked for TWO egg and cheesewraps, she gave me one and no receipt and did not say anything after taking my card, just passed the bag out and held my cardlike she was going to drop it. Whenever I go there, it?s normally a pleasant experience, I?m not sure what her issue is. It?searly, yes but don?t be ruin other peoples day because you?re irritated.
