Service was quick and pleasant. Did not have to wait for drive-thru to be served first.

Walked in to the pick up counter. noone acknowledged me. instead of putting the bagel back together after adding cream cheese. I received it with the cream cheese all over the bag. it was a mess

Paid 20.65 for and 11.65 order today. Cashier gave me .12 cents instead of 12.00 in change and the phone number listed on the Web site is no longer in service. ?

I ordered 7 bagels at the drive thru and only received 5 of them. I went in and told them I was missing 2 of my bagles the one woman working in the back I heard her say I know I made them so another woman double checks and hands me the bag. I said they are all here and I leave go back to my car and count them again and found out it's still wrong. So back into the store again now I am getting mad because my bagles are cold. So now I heard them say I don't want to deal with front counter you do it. So I told the guy who originally took my order at drive thru it was wrong and I need my 2 other bagles I paid for. He again double checks it and said ok I owe you 2 bagles. I know its not the most important thing in the world but the customer service was horrible and just rude as all get out. So after paying $30 for bagles they were cold and hard. I guess that's why I should have gone somewhere else.
