It's a takeout, not a restaurant, hence the atmosphere score. Get your food, pay, and leave. The food is very good, fresh and not overcooked, and seasoned per my request (extra spicy). Great Hot Sour soup, and the Szechaun won-tons in hot oil were delicious (hard to find, for some reason). I ordered online and it was ready to go when I said I would arrive. I've gotten take out here a few times. It's pretty solid Chinese takeout. One of the better ones in the area. Yes, I have returned and will go back.
