Mainely Lobster Seafood

Wanted to take my honey out for her favorite, crab legs. They were on the menu online as well as in person. Got there at 6pm Saturday night and sat at a booth with a pleather tabletop that was perpetually tacky... We're told right away that they were out of baked potato (which wpuld be my choice of a side with rhe lobster I plannwd to order) so that was a disappointment. Our order was taken and after a few minutes the waitress returns to tell us they no longer carried crab legs... Really the only reason I chose this establishment. My honey chose another entry. I ordered lobster dinner with scallops. Scallops were delicious. I have never seen a lobster tail as small as the one I was served with. Bottom line, service was food, meals was very, very disappointing.

The only thing I did not like was the cole slaw! It was blah! Everything else was excellant.

Not Ipswich fried clams but considering they are far from Cape Ann thier fried clams satisfied my urge for clams. I was ready for a road trip to get clams in Ipswich or Essex. While I love the seafood of cape Ann, Mainely Lobster, definately filled the gap. I didn't have to drive all the way to the New England coast to ease my craving. Definitely worth the money, considering how far Plattsburgh is from New England. Thir Gloucester boy will go again to Maine Lobster.

The lobster roll is fantastic the deserts are to die for. Prices are very reasonable.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Mainely Lobster! It was so tasty. One of our favorites is the French Onion Soup! Laurie, the owner was our server! Everyone is friendly. They are also known for their famous Cole slaw-we got some to go! We’ll be back soon!
