Wasabi - Tower Hamlets

I've loved the Vegan Tofu Curry since i found it a few years back, today I tried the Yakisoba version steer clear is my advice... The noodles are cut up like kids heinze spaghetti and cooked to the point that they couldn't be any softer and slimier disgusting! You have been warned!

I just ordered from this restaurant and the hot food was cold and portion for the price is disgusting Will never eat here again

This placed used to be operated by Japanese people, the food was made fresh, you can see people making the food in the background. It's now replaced with Pakistanis/Indians, the foods appear to be left packaged on the shelves in smaller portions, no longer fresh, taste like it's been there frozen for weeks. You can also no longer see a kitchen in the background, you can't see staff cooking food. I used to love this place, will no longer go. I'd call this a Japanese restaurant take-away previously, now it's just a take-away.

Limited selection of sushi. Hot food small portions. Edamame and avocado were turning brown. A bit disappointing.

I love their food, but have stopped buying from this chain as their hot food portion sizes of late are ridiculous. Some time towards the end of last year, they changed their boxes, and put their prices up. At the same time, they introduced a Go Large option. However, the Go Large is basically the original portion size. The standard portion is now not even a full ladle full this is not only underhand, but greedy of the chain. Shame on Wasabi.
