La Cave Se Rebiffe - Tours

We were a bit tired of a long day of weeping. I know so sad) and looking for a place close to our airbnb, but away from the crowd. we checked out the menu outside as two people eating have stopped long... although we say that eating was excellent. my wife ordered the smoked salmon sandwich while I went to the deenburger. the salmon sandwich was open and delicious, per my wife. the duck was not ground, but was discs of perfectly boiled duck breast with caramelized wobble with a bear sauce. served with a local vouvray wein.

We went through the medieval city tours that are looking for a place to eat and tried to get away from the central crowded towards and stumbled on this precious stone of a winebar / restaurant and wish we could go back! fabulous eclectic wine selection and the...owner is very well known and let us see his cave (which is unbelievable) eating was delicious and I recommend it to everyone especially if they want to taste other than the Loire Valley selections. excellent service and eating!

I came here with friends the other day, we had a great meal, the cheeses and meat were of such high standard, I haven't had anything like it in Tours in my 5 weeks here. The burger was also good, a little bit more salad...would have been great but none the less we liked it. Great service, the owner (I think) helped us choose a great bottle of white wine from their extensive collection. For dessert I had the stewed pear and it was also excellent, would definitely return

Le concept de ce restaurant est très agréable, les produits de qualité mais quel dommage que le service soit si long. Inexplicable car il y avait peu de monde et ce ne sont que des ardoises de produits déjà prêts...Grosse attente pour prendre notre choix ...et pour emmener les plats .D'autre part l'ardoise était super copieuse dont on ne va pas se plaindre mais du coup tout tombait sur la table qui n'avait pas de protection ni nappe, ni set ...pas très agréable!Pour moi un concept très porteur mais mal organisé , c'est dommage !!
